Take Me Outside is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping students and educators spend more time outside learning, playing and exploring.
Take Me Outside has a plethora of offerings - from yearly recurring events, to certifications, to outdoor learning resources. All of these need to be beautifully integrated, easy to access, and concise: large website like this tend to sprawl and make navigation challenging.
We used WordPress and Breakdance (along with some custom Breakdance elements) to build a fast, mobile friendly website that's a pleasure to browse. We took great care with the redesign to ensure that SEO was not negatively impacted, that the new navigation and page sections are intuitive, and that their huge amount of content was migrated into the new layouts seamlessly.
