Wild Voices - a CBEEN Project - had an aging WordPress plugin managing their bookings. Almost 8 years ago Eggplant develoepd a plugin to handle their memberships, bookable presentations, bookings, invoices, and reporting - and it was time for an ugprade.
Laravel + Livewire was the weapon of choice for this project, due to the overall scope and complexity required. Eggplant successfully replicated all functionality in Laravel, and created a migration script to move all of the existing data (memberships, presentations, bookings, evaluations, users, and invoices) into the new system.
